Springboard’s President, Kathleen McCullough has 20 years experience in instructional design, performance analysis and project management. Kathleen has a diverse base of experience and a consistent track record of exceeding expectations. She has served as project manager, team leader, classroom facilitator, key presenter at corporate conferences, subject matter liaison with knowledge and thought leaders, and content developer for a variety of instructional formats and audiences at all levels within the corporate setting. Kathleen has particularly strong skills in project management, communications, and client relations. In addition to the extensive experience in the life sciences industry, Ms. McCullough has provided project management and instructional design for the banking, telecommunications and software industries.
